Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, complete with all labels and accessories. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.


Non-Refundable Items

Customized products, such as personalized or limited-edition items, are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon delivery. Opened items like hair oils or any products with hygiene concerns cannot be refunded for safety reasons. Clearance or final sale items are also not eligible for refunds.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@cinnagrow.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos in case of defects or damage. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


Refund Process

Once your returned product is received, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our refund eligibility criteria. Approved refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Partial refunds may apply if the product is returned in incomplete condition or missing components not caused by CINNAGROW.


Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification. Photos or videos of the damage will be required to expedite the process.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges follow the same conditions as refunds and are subject to product availability.


Limitations and Liabilities

Refund requests made after the 30-day window may not be accepted or may be eligible for store credit only. CINNAGROW reserves the right to deny refunds for products that fail to meet the outlined conditions.
